  • Squid stuffed with vegetables on yellow potato cream

  • Fish and crustaceans (raw) Mixed mixed tartar with knife, carpaccio of tuna, sea bass, salmon, scampi and red shrimp

  • Risotto Carnaroli with marjoram, stewed meats and mazzancolle

  • Roast ombrin shake on buffalo mozzarella cream with cannabis anchovies and bean puree
